In the event of a defective or incorrect item received, clients should contact Valstella within 48 hours of receipt to initiate a return or exchange.
Shipping Costs: All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item. Valstella is not responsible for lost or damaged items during the return shipping process.
Shipping Policy: Valstella currently ships physical products only within the European Union. We strive to process and ship orders promptly but are not responsible for delays caused by external factors, including customs or shipping carrier delays. Estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of purchase but are not guaranteed. Clients are advised to check the shipping policies of their local carriers for potential delays.
Order Tracking: Once an order has been shipped, clients will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Clients can use this tracking number to monitor the status of their shipment and expected delivery date.
Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to Valstella due to an incorrect address provided by the client, refusal to accept the package, or failure to pick up the package from the carrier, the client will be responsible for the return shipping costs as well as the shipping costs for resending the order to the correct address.
