Clients shall use its best endeavours to keep confidential information, and take reasonable steps to procure that its employees and agents shall keep confidential, and shall not at any time for any reason disclose to any person or otherwise make use of or permit to be made use of the other party’s Confidential Information except with the written consent of Valstella – owned and operated by VALKYR SOLUTIONS Sp. z o.o.

Limitation of Liability

    Unforseen circumstances: Our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law, this shall include the personal liability of Pamela Seratti, in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, cyberattacks, power outages) that impact service availability.
