Valstella Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions applicable to purchases made through Valstella Brand owned and operated by VALKYR SOLUTIONS Sp. z o.o.. By purchasing our services or products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

No Refund Policy for Services and Digital Products

All services and digital products are non-refundable. This policy is enacted due to the nature of these offerings, which are considered intellectual property.
  1. Intellectual Property Ownership: All materials and frameworks provided by Valstella remain the property of VALKYR SOLUTIONS Sp. z o.o.. Clients agree not to reproduce or distribute these materials without express permission.
  2. Client Assistance for Intellectual Property: Clients must cooperate in any necessary actions to protect intellectual property at the request of Valstella Brand and its owner VALKYR SOLUTIONS Sp. z o.o. This includes providing necessary documentation, signing agreements, or other actions as deemed appropriate. Clients acknowledge that failure to comply may hinder the protection of such intellectual property and could result in legal consequences.

Return Policy for Physical Products

  1. Eligibility for Returns: Physical products may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Products must be in original, unused condition and in the original packaging.
  2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
  3. Shipping Costs: The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the client. Refunds will be processed after the product has been received and inspected.
