Valstella Terms of Service

Valstella is a brand owned and operated by VALKYR SOLUTIONS Sp. z o.o. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Valstella and the offerings of its owner, VALKYR SOLUTIONS Sp. z o.o., including our website (Valstella.com), services, and products. By engaging with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which constitute the legally binding agreement between you and VALKYR SOLUTIONS Sp. z o.o., located at Juliana Tuwima 48/11, 90-021 Łódź, Poland. All rights, obligations, and responsibilities outlined herein apply in full force to VALKYR SOLUTIONS Sp. z o.o., as well as to its subsidiaries, affiliates, brands, or successors.

Scope of Services and Products

Valstella Brand and its owner VALKYR SOLUTIONS Sp. z o.o. are dedicated to empowering women through a comprehensive growth system designed to support personal , relationship and professional development. Our offerings include:

  1. 1:1 Mentoring: Personalized mentoring sessions focused on astrology, relationships, personal growth, and energy awareness. Each session is tailored to the client’s needs and goals, helping them identify patterns, set boundaries, and create conscious, fulfilling relationships.
  2. Mentoring Program: A structured program that combines limited personal sessions with digital materials, including online courses and guides on personal development, astrology, and conscious relationship building. We provide insights that help clients navigate their personal and relational lives with clarity and confidence.
  3. Consultancy Services: Our consultancy services include astrology readings, relationship insights, and strategic guidance. We provide practical tools and perspectives to help clients understand dynamics, make empowered choices, and improve the quality of their relationships.
  4. Online Courses: We offer a variety of online courses centered around astrology, personal growth, conscious relationships, and self-awareness. Courses are designed to be engaging and actionable, helping clients gain practical knowledge to apply in daily life and relationships.
  5. Digital Products: Valstella produces digital tools such as horoscopes, forecasts, interactive journals, and planners, helping clients track progress, recognize patterns, and apply astrology insights to their relationships and personal growth.
  6. Networking Events: We host onsite and online events that encourage women to connect, share experiences, and support each other. Events focus on empowerment, conscious connections, and fostering a community where relationships and personal growth are prioritized.

No Refund Policy

Due to the specialized nature of our offerings, all sales of services, digital products, and event tickets are non-refundable.
  1. Services and Digital Products: Once purchased, these offerings cannot be returned or exchanged due to their intangible nature and the intellectual property involved. This policy ensures that our content and resources remain secure and protected.
  2. Networking Events: Tickets for networking events are final. Due to the upfront costs incurred in organizing these events, we cannot provide refunds once a ticket has been purchased. However, clients may transfer their ticket to another individual if they are unable to attend. Clients must notify Valstella of the transfer at least 48 hours prior to the event to ensure a smooth transition.
  3. Non-Transferability of Services and specified Products: Services purchased, including 1:1 mentoring, mentoring program, consultancy sessions, astrological digital products are non-transferable and must be used by the individual who purchased them. This policy is in place to maintain the integrity and personalized nature of our services.
  4. Exception for Cancellation by Valstella: In the unlikely event that Valstella cancels a service, event, or program, clients will be notified as soon as possible. In such cases, clients will receive a full refund or credit towards future services or products, at their discretion. This exception ensures that clients are not financially impacted by circumstances beyond their control.

Return and Shipping Policy for Physical Products

  1. Return Policy: Clients may return physical products within 14 days of receipt. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Returns that do not meet these criteria will be rejected. In the event of a defective or incorrect item received, clients should contact Valstella Team within 48 hours of receipt to initiate a return or exchange.
  2. Shipping Costs: All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item. Neither Valstella Brand, nor its owner VALKYR SOLUTIONS Sp. z o.o., is responsible for lost or damaged items during the return shipping process.
  3. Shipping Policy: Valstella and its owner VALKYR SOLUTIONS Sp. z o.o. currently ships physical products only within the European Union. We strive to process and ship orders promptly but are not responsible for delays caused by external factors, including customs or shipping carrier delays. Estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of purchase but are not guaranteed. Clients are advised to check the shipping policies of their local carriers for potential delays.
  4. Order Tracking: Once an order has been shipped, clients will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Clients can use this tracking number to monitor the status of their shipment and expected delivery date.
  5. Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to Valstella due to an incorrect address provided by the client, refusal to accept the package, or failure to pick up the package from the carrier, the client will be responsible for the return shipping costs as well as the shipping costs for resending the order to the correct address.

Intellectual Property Ownership

All materials, frameworks, methodologies, documents, and resources developed and used within Valstella’s services and products are the sole intellectual property of VALKYR SOLUTIONS Sp. z o.o.

  1. Client Cooperation on IP Protection: Clients agree to support Valstella, and its owner VALKYR SOLUTIONS Sp. z o.o.,  in any reasonable requests to protect this intellectual property. This may include signing non-disclosure agreements or taking other steps to ensure that proprietary information is not shared without authorization.
  2. Usage Rights: Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials and resources provided solely for personal use. Any commercial use or reproduction of materials without prior written consent from VALKYR SOLUTIONS Sp. z o.o. is strictly prohibited.

No Guarantee of Results

Valstella and its owner VALKYR SOLUTIONS Sp. z o.o. emphasize that results from our services and products can vary widely among clients, and we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results.

  1. No Advice Disclaimer: Any information provided through consultations, courses, or digital products is for informational purposes only and does not constitute tax, legal, investment, psychological, health or personal advice. Clients are encouraged to consult with appropriate professionals for such advice.
  2. Success Disclaimer: The success of our clients is influenced by various factors, including personal effort, circumstances, and external conditions. Neither Valstella Brand, nor its owner VALKYR SOLUTIONS Sp. z o.o. is liable for any perceived failures or dissatisfaction resulting from clients’ engagement with our offerings.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Valstella and its owner VALKYR SOLUTIONS Sp z o. o. disclaims any liability for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to the use of its services, products, or website.

  1. Limitations on Claims: Clients agree that any claims or disputes must be submitted to Valstella within 30 days of the occurrence of the issue, using provided e-mail. After this period, clients waive the right to claim damages related to the matter.
  2. Liability Cap: In the event of any liability arising from our services or products, the total damages for which Valstella and its owner, VALKYR SOLUTIONS Sp. z o.o., may be held liable shall not exceed the amount the client paid for the specific service or product in question.

Testimonial and Marketing Consent

By engaging with Valstella and its owner VALKYR SOLUTIONS Sp. z o.o., clients grant consent for the Company to use any feedback, testimonials, or reviews provided for promotional and marketing purposes.

  1. Promotional Use: This includes but is not limited to use in social media, on our website, in marketing materials, and other promotional channels. Clients may request the removal of their testimonials at any time by contacting Valstella.
  2. Marketing Communications: Clients agree to receive marketing emails and communications from Valstella and VALKYR SOLUTONS Sp. z o.o.. They can opt out of these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in each email or contacting us directly.

No Personal Liability

No owner, director, officer, employee, or representative of VALKYR SOLUTIONS Sp. z o.o., including those associated with its brand Valstella, shall be held personally liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising out of the use of its services, products, or information.

  1. Claims against the Company: All claims or disputes must be directed to Valstella or its owner VALKYR SOLUTIONS Sp. z o.o. Clients acknowledge that no owner, director, officer, employee, or representative of VALKYR SOLUTIONS Sp. z o.o., including those associated with the Valstella brand, can be held personally liable for any issues arising from the provision of services or products.
  2. Indirect Damages: Neither Valstella, VALKYR SOLUTIONS Sp. z o.o., nor any of their owners, directors, officers, employees, or representatives shall be liable to clients for any loss of profit, market, business, contracts, damage to goodwill, health, projected or anticipated savings, revenue, or any other consequential or indirect loss howsoever caused.
  3. Unforseen circumstances: Liability of Valstella, VALKYR SOLUTIONS Sp. z o.o., and their owners, directors, officers, employees, or representatives shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law, including in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond their control, such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or power outages that impact service availability.
  4. Disclaimer of Professional Expertise:
    Valstella and its representatives, as well as employees and affiliates of VALKYR SOLUTIONS Sp. z o.o., are not certified professionals in tax, legal, psychological, health, investment, or related fields. All information provided is general in nature and does not constitute tailored advice.
  5. Third-Party Links and Endorsements:
    Valstella’s platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only and do not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or approval by Valstella or VALKYR SOLUTIONS Sp. z o.o. of the content, products, or services on these external sites. This includes claims brought by third parties related to the client’s actions or omissions while engaging with Valstella. By agreeing to these terms, clients waive the right to bring any civil claims against any employee, officer, or representative of Valstella or VALKYR SOLUTIONS Sp. z o.o.

  2. Effective Date of Modifications: Any amendments to these Terms will become effective immediately upon posting on the Valstella website or as specified in the notification email. Clients are responsible for ensuring that they are aware of any changes made to the Terms prior to using the services or products of Valstella or VALKYR SOLUTIONS Sp. z o.o.
